This easy to use lexicon has been designed to help you quickly choose an effective selection of essential oils for a wide range of common ailments. There are over 80 Physical and Pyschological conditions in total to choose from, plus a list of suitable carriers and a useful therapeutic index of essential oils.

To use the lexicon, simply turn the dial to select the physical condition that you require and choose from the list of essential oils shown. Also listed are instructions on how to dilute the oils, the preferred method of use, and suggestions for alternative methods. Physical conditions are indexed in back on the outer band, and physological conditions are indexed in white on the dial face.
