Payment
All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase, but are supplied with 7 days approval. If for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please contact us on enquiries@cibtacbooks.com or call us on +44 1858 410233. VAT is not charged on books. All video and DVD prices are subject to VAT (Both exclusive and inclusive prices are shown on the appropriate product page).
Making A Purchase
Placing an order on our website could not be easier. Browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and click on the ‘add to cart’ icon to add them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa, Visa/Delta, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Items that are out of stock are not charged until they are shipped. We can also process your order by phone; please call +44 1858 410233 and we can take your details. Orders can be placed from 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Fridays. Please have your order details and credit/debit card details available. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. You can alternatively send your order via fax – +44 1858 410233. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply fax your order form to Willen Limited ensuring all details are correct. Delivery Schedule
Your order is important to us! The order will be processed the next working day, and subject to availability, our policy to the Customer is to ensure your goods to arrive promptly and efficiently.
Please inspect your items on delivery to ensure they have been received in perfect condition. Any claims for shortages/damaged goods must be reported to Willen Limited within 24 hours of receipt. Only in the case of damaged and/or incorrect items being received will Willen Limited be responsible for any postage costs incurred by the Customer to return the goods and in the result of an exchange, the despatch of new products. All goods may be returned within 21 days of receipt for exchange or refund. If you want to return your purchase, you will be responsible for any postage charges incurred to return the goods and in the case of a refund, you will only be refunded the original cost of the products. All items returned to Willen Limited must be, where possible, returned in their original packaging and arrive back to Willen Limited in a perfect, saleable condition.

Back Orders
If your item is not available from stock, we will order it and advise the approximate delivery date.
Value Added Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added where applicable.

Willen Limited uses Protx (www.protx.com) for all our online transactions. Information passed between our site and the Protx System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to Protx can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
